My story
I've been starting businesses since I was 15. Since then I've spent more than 25 years in sales, led teams, and built and sold businesses, including a vocational rehabilitation company. As an Aflac District Manager, I led a team of about 30 agents, and I learned fast that the best salesperson in the world can't help a customer whose call never gets answered.
These days I help small business owners put AI and automation to work on the parts of the job that shouldn't need them: answering the phone, following up with leads, and making it easy for customers to do business with you. That frees you up for the part that does need you.
My rule is simple: Sell like a human, scale like a machine. AI where it helps, humans where they matter.
