1. Program name and description

Program name: LanceG Growth Systems

The LanceG Growth Systems text messaging program is operated by Gurganus Benefits Group, LLC dba LanceG Growth Systems, Bethel Park, PA. Texts are sent from 412-887-6297. If you opt in, you may receive text messages about:

• Customer care and follow-ups: replies to your inquiry, call summaries, questions about your request, and follow-up after a call or meeting.
• Appointment reminders: confirmations, reminders and rescheduling messages for calls or meetings you booked.
• Account and service notices for clients, such as setup updates and billing notices.
• Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in to marketing: special offers, discounts, new services and service updates.

You can opt in to non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. Your choice does not affect whether we can help you.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking an SMS consent box on a lanceg.com form, booking page or chat widget and providing your phone number. You may also be asked to confirm by text. Checking the box is optional.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can submit a form, book a call or buy our services without agreeing to receive texts.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, the number of appointments you book or questions you ask).

5. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to cancel. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL or REVOKE, or tell us in your own words that you want the texts to stop. After you opt out, we will send one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further texts from LanceG Growth Systems. To start again, check the consent box on our site again or reply START.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number or email us so we don't text the new owner.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy at lanceg.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. We'll post the current version on this page with its effective date.
