If, in your first 60 days, Maggie fails to answer calls forwarded to her because of a problem on our end (not your phone carrier, your call-forwarding settings, or outages outside our control), tell us within 7 days and we'll credit one month's service fee to your next invoice. One credit per client. It's a credit, not a cash refund. The setup fee is non-refundable once the build starts.
